    Chiropractic Practioner

After completing my Master of Chiropractic, I moved to Glasgow in 2009, which is very different to the sleepy village in Suffolk where I was born and raised. I have been working with the East Kilbride community for the past 13 years and it fills me with great pleasure being a part of a wonderful community and being a part of many families' lives.

My career is very important to me and I aim to provide a high standard of care and education to the wide range of clients that I have the pleasure of meeting. The technique I use, Advanced Biostructural Correction, is an exciting and consistent form of body work to improve posture, function and quality of life and I’m excited for you to experience it.

I am a registered Chiropractor (03163). I am also an affiliate of the United Chiropractic Association.

I now have three daughters, the apples of my eye. They are an inspiration to me every day (as well as driving me completely insane!) The practice is very child friendly, being a mother myself, feeling overwhelmed by having to take children to places this has been important to me to allow parents to feel welcome whilst doing something for themselves.

I moved up to Glasgow in 2009 after completing my Master of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Sport Science. I'm originally from Swansea, South Wales, so Scotland was not so alien to me.

I have worked in practices all around Central Scotland over the past 14 years. This has allowed me to help many people by using my skills and knowledge to improve structure and function within their bodies and allowing them to live life again at a better, stronger pace.

Chiropractic to me now is more than just a career. I had an unfortunate event in 2004 which left me with a ‘slipped’ disc and horrendous leg pain whilst studying for my masters in Chiropractic. My regular adjustments not only got me through my education but currently keeps me doing everything I want without hinderence from my past. I have empathy for those who consult with me because I have experienced the pain and debilitation back pain brings with it and I strive to be bring quality to both communities and individuals throughout Glasgow and wider Scotland.

I pride myself on being a family man as well as a Chiropractor, and my job as well as my family is very important to me.

I am a registered Chiropractor with the General Chiropractic Council and am affiliated with the United Chiropractic Association. Fitness has always been a large part of my life, this led me to Crossfit and now to Yoga and advanced movement training to constantly evolve my understanding of the human body and its potential.
